Program rules for scouts
The full terms of the AnisMon partner program for scouts: rates, the per-model bonus, payouts, attribution and disputes.
- Public offer
- Edition 1.0
- of 31.07.2026
This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian edition is the binding one and prevails in the event of any divergence.
In short (the full rules are below — reading them is mandatory)
- We pay for results: RevShare of 10/12/15% of the turnover of the models you bring, for life, plus a one-time bonus of $100-1000 for every model who goes live.
- The bonus is NOT paid for a sign-up and NOT for a contact — only after the model has worked two weeks: at least 30 streaming hours in each of two consecutive weeks and an average turnover of no less than $26 per hour.
- The rate is calculated on the model’s gross turnover, before the split with the studio.
- Payouts go out every two weeks in USDT, with no withholding thresholds and no intermediaries. There are no delays; the only exception is force majeure, and it is capped at 3 days (cl. 9.9).
- We pay from turnover the platform has already transferred to the studio. The first money arrives 14 days after the referred model has received her first payout, and every two weeks after that. The date is visible in your account from day one (cl. 9.2, 9.3).
- Lead attribution is established by the referral link and the record in your personal account. Nothing other than those records counts as attribution.
- Account access, outreach scripts and the shared scout chat are issued within 24 hours of registration.
- We sell scouts nothing and take no money from them. Under no circumstances.
- This document is a public offer. If an advert, a banner or a manager’s words contradict it, what is written here applies — except where the discrepancy is in the scout’s favour.
1. What this document is about
This document sets out the terms of the AnisMon studio partner program for scouts and traffers (hereinafter — the scout). The terms are the same for scouts and traffers: both are paid for a model who went live and put in the work, not for traffic, leads or applications.
Registering in the personal account constitutes acceptance of this edition of the rules. The registration date is recorded in the account.
The edition of the rules that applies is the one current on the scout’s registration date, subject to section 13 (amendments).
If the text of an advertising banner, a post, a video or a manager’s spoken words contradicts this document, the document prevails. Exception: if the discrepancy is in the scout’s favour and they captured it in a screenshot before registering, the matter is resolved in their favour.
This cooperation is not an employment contract, a hiring arrangement or a joint venture. The scout works as an independent partner, sets their own methods and schedule, and bears their own tax obligations.
The scout is not a representative of the studio and may not act on its behalf, negotiate terms other than these rules, or accept money, documents or account credentials from models.
2. Who we take on as scouts
Age 18+.
Webcam experience is not required. Outreach scripts, a handbook and an objection-handling guide are provided.
One person — one scout account. A second account belonging to the same person, or an account in the name of a relative or a friend used to inflate the tier, is a violation (section 11).
We take no prepayment, no deposit, no fee for training, for software, for a place on the team or for access to materials. Anyone who asks you for money on behalf of AnisMon is a fraudster. The official contacts are listed in section 15.
3. What the scout does
Finds women who fit the profile in section 5, brings them to the point of agreeing to try, and hands them over to the studio under the procedure in section 4.
From there the studio handles qualification, registration, platform selection, training and retention. The scout’s involvement after handing over the lead is not required, though it is welcome.
The scout is responsible for their own traffic channels and for complying with the rules of the platforms they work on. The studio does not adjudicate or compensate platform complaints, bans or reports relating to those channels.
The scout does not collect documents, money, account credentials or payment details from models. All of that goes through the studio only.
The scout may work with a team. They structure relations inside their own team themselves and settle up with it themselves. The studio has no separate rates, tiers or payouts for their sub-scouts — all statistics and all payouts run through one account.
The scout posts their referral link according to the rules of the platform they work on. On this forum — only alongside the ordinary link (clause 2.18 of the forum rules) and without link shorteners (clause 2.10). The scout bears the consequences of breaching a platform’s rules themselves (clause 3.3).
4. What the studio provides, and by when
Within 24 hours of registering in the account, the scout receives:
- access to the personal account with their referral link, the lead form and statistics;
- ready-made outreach scripts for different types of platform, a handbook and an objection-handling guide;
- an invitation to the shared scout chat.
The Telegram-chat outreach software and the keyword chat-search bot are issued at the scout’s request and by arrangement. There is no hard deadline for them and we do not promise one.
Manuals for individual sourcing channels are released as they are ready. Specific materials are promised only with a specific date.
A delay under clause 4.1 does not cancel or reduce accrued payouts. If 24 hours have passed and the access is not there, write to the manager; that is our mistake, not grounds for refusing a bonus for a model already brought in.
All materials, training, access and software are free for the scout. We do not sell manuals, schemes, training, access or places on the team, and we take no payment for them in any form.
5. Who we take on as models
Women aged 18-30, any appearance with a normal build, Russian-speaking, any geography.
Willingness to work 5-6 hours a day.
At present we work only with webcam models. OnlyFans and Fansly models are not part of the program and no bonus is paid for them.
We do not take: anyone under 18; anyone demanding prepayment or a fixed salary; obvious fakes; aggression and unreasonable behaviour.
Age is verified by the studio against documents before the start. A model whose age is not confirmed as 18+ is not admitted to work, and no bonus is paid for her.
The studio may reject any lead without explanation. The rejection is recorded in the account with a status.
6. How lead attribution is established
Attribution is confirmed in one of two ways, both recorded in the account with a date and time:
- a)the woman registered through the scout’s personal referral link;
- b)the scout entered her into the lead form in the account BEFORE she made contact with the studio.
Nothing else constitutes attribution. A direct-message exchange with a manager, a message in a chat, a screenshot of a conversation with the woman, a verbal understanding — none of these count. Enter the lead into the account before the introduction and there will be no dispute.
A lead is attached to the scout for 90 days from the date it was entered. If the model goes live for the first time after that period, no bonus and no revenue share are paid for her. The period is extended by a further 90 days if the scout records a new touchpoint in the account.
Duplicates. A lead belongs to whoever entered it first. If the woman is already in the database, the manager tells the second scout immediately, before any work begins.
If a woman came to the studio on her own and named a scout, but there is no record in the account, attribution is not recognised. This is not open to discussion after the fact.
One model — one scout. The studio will not split the revenue share on a single model between two scouts.
7. The per-model bonus
The bonus is a one-time payment for every model brought in who completes the two-week trial.
The count starts on the date of the model’s first stream and runs for 14 consecutive calendar days.
The bonus is paid if BOTH conditions are met:
- a)at least 30 streaming hours in each of the window’s two weeks separately (a week = 7 calendar days from the date of the first stream);
- b)an average turnover of no less than $26 per hour across all 14 days combined (the window’s whole turnover divided by all of the window’s hours).
Example 1: week 1 — 32 hours, week 2 — 28 hours. No bonus. Example 2: week 1 — 30 hours, week 2 — 31 hours, turnover $1700 over 61 hours = $27.8 per hour. Bonus is due.
Hours and turnover count only on platforms and accounts set up by the studio. During the two trial weeks the model works on a single platform that the studio selects for her — that is part of the training. Hours and income from the model’s personal or third-party accounts count towards neither the hours nor the turnover.
Turnover is gross, before the split with the studio and before platform fees are deducted.
The size of the bonus is determined by the model’s turnover over those 14 days:
| Turnover over 14 days | Bonus |
|---|---|
| $1 560 – $2 499 | $100 |
| $2 500 – $3 499 | $200 |
| $3 500 – $4 999 | $300 |
| $5 000 – $6 999 | $500 |
| $7 000 and above | up to $1 000 |
The amount is calculated automatically from the statistics and is visible to the scout in the account. It is not changed at a manager’s discretion. The only exception is the top row: at a turnover of $7 000 or more, the final amount between $500 and $1 000 is set by the studio.
The bonus amount is calculated and shown in the account as soon as the 14-day window closes and the statistics are reconciled. The bonus is paid on the next payout day (cl. 9.2) after the platform has settled with the studio for the period the window fell into. The date is visible in the "available from" field from the very beginning.
No bonus is paid for: a contact, an application, "interest", a model’s registration, installing software, completing training, a first stream, a model who did not meet the conditions in 7.3, or a model covered by clause 5.3 or 5.4.
If a model did not meet the conditions in 7.3 but carried on working, the bonus is not paid retroactively and the window is not reopened. RevShare on her runs as normal (section 8) — the rate does not depend on the bonus.
A second window is likewise not opened if the model left and came back.
9. Payouts
All accounting is in US dollars; payouts are in USDT on the TRC20 network.
Payouts go out every two weeks, on Mondays. A payout includes everything that moved into the "available for payout" status by Friday inclusive — that is, the turnover the platform has already confirmed and transferred to the studio. We do not distribute money the studio has not yet received.
The first payout does not arrive on the very first payout day. The scout receives the first money 14 days after the referred model has received her first payout. The exact date is visible in the account from day one: every accrual has an "available from" field. After that, payouts go out every two weeks.
The minimum payout is $20. A smaller amount is not forfeited — it carries over to the next payout.
The network fee is paid by the studio.
The scout enters their own wallet in the account and is responsible for its correctness. Funds sent to an incorrect wallet supplied by the scout are not recovered and are not paid again.
If a platform cancelled a payout, applied a chargeback, voided tokens, withheld funds under its own rules, or wrote off a model’s earnings when she was blocked, the corresponding turnover is excluded from the calculation. Accruals against it in the "available for payout" status are simply not paid. We show a screenshot of the platform’s operation in such a case.
If a payout on such turnover has already gone out, the amount goes into the scout’s negative balance and is recovered from any of their future accruals, including bonuses. If the scout ended the cooperation while in the negative, we do not pursue or claim that negative balance. It is visible in the account with a breakdown: which model, which period, which platform operation.
There are no thresholds behind which a payout is "frozen", no withholding for inactivity and no penalties for declining work.
Delays. A payout goes out on the next payout day (cl. 9.2) after the accrual moved into the "available for payout" status. The only permissible deviation from that deadline is force majeure, and it is capped at 3 calendar days.
- Force majeure means only: an outage or block on the side of the payment network or the paying platform; a delay by the platform itself in paying the studio; a failure of the account’s infrastructure that makes the statistics for the settlement period unavailable.
- Force majeure does NOT mean: the studio having no funds available, a manager’s holiday, illness or unavailability, a dispute with a model, a check under section 11, weekends and public holidays, or any of the studio’s internal processes.
- We announce a delay in the shared scout chat on the day the payout was due, stating the reason and the new date.
If a delay exceeds 3 days, the scout may take the matter straight to forum arbitration, and we do not contest the fact of the delay itself. A check under section 11 suspends payment only on the model it concerns, and does not hold up the scout’s other accruals.
For every payout the scout receives the transaction hash (TXID), which is also stored in the account’s history. That is enough to prove the fact and the amount of the transfer anywhere, including in a forum review.
The studio may pay an accrual out before the money has arrived from the platform. That is a decision about a specific payout, not an obligation: one or several early payments do not make early payment the norm and give no grounds to demand it in future. As turnover grows we will shorten the timeline deliberately: shortening the payout timeline is an improvement and takes effect immediately under clause 13.2.2, with an announcement in the scout chat and in the account.
10. Statistics and transparency
The source of truth for hours and turnover is the statistics of the platforms the model works on. They are relayed into the scout’s personal account: streaming hours, turnover, trial-window status, accruals, tier, payout history.
Every accrual in the account has three states:
- "accrued" — the share has been calculated from the platform’s statistics, but the money has not yet reached the studio from it; the "available from" date is filled in immediately;
- "available for payout" — the platform has settled with the studio and the amount goes out on the next payout day;
- "paid" — transferred to the scout, with a TXID.
The scout sees their money from the model’s first stream, before it can be withdrawn, and sees the date on which it becomes available.
At the scout’s request the studio provides a screenshot of the platform’s statistics for their model over the disputed period, with dates and amounts. The model’s personal data is not disclosed.
If the data in the account diverges from the platform’s statistics, the platform’s statistics are treated as correct and the account is corrected.
A claim about any accrual must be submitted within 14 days of the date it appeared in the account. After that period the accrual is treated as accepted.
11. Violations and forfeiture
The following are forfeiting violations:
- a)An affiliated lead. The model is the scout themselves, their girlfriend, wife, relative, or a front acting in their interests.
- b)Inflating hours and turnover. Streaming without working (camera pointed at the ceiling, a background stream, looped video), self-donations, payments from one’s own or controlled accounts, payments followed by a chargeback, and any scheme for artificially reaching the thresholds in sections 7 and 8.
- c)Promises made on the studio’s behalf that are not in these rules: a fixed salary, prepayment, guaranteed income, a different split, different payout deadlines.
- d)Deception about age or identity: a model under 18, someone else’s documents, someone else’s photographs, a deepfake, working under another person’s identity.
- e)One person holding several scout accounts in order to inflate the tier (clause 2.3).
Consequences: for the model the violation relates to, the bonus and the entire accrued revenue share are forfeited, including amounts already accrued but not yet paid. The model is detached from the scout.
On a repeat violation, or where a systematic scheme is proven, the scout’s access is closed entirely and all accruals across all of their models are forfeited.
The burden of proof is on the studio: we are obliged to show the scout what the decision rests on (statistics, platform logs, correspondence). A decision without stated grounds is not enforced.
The following are not violations and do not affect payouts: the scout being inactive, declining a call, working with other studios at the same time, or having no models for any length of time.
12. Disputes
The order of escalation: first a claim to the manager by direct message (contacts in section 15), within 14 days under clause 10.4. A substantive reply follows within 3 working days.
If the outcome is unsatisfactory, the matter goes to forum arbitration. We provide the arbitrator with: the dated lead record from the account, the hours and turnover statistics for the disputed period, the accrual and payout history, and the correspondence. Refusing to provide that data we treat as losing the dispute on our side. Personal data of models and third parties is removed from those materials: what matters in a dispute is dates, hours and amounts, not names and documents.
We do not exploit the fact that a scout cannot verify our figures. Every accrual is explained line by line: this many hours, this turnover, this rate, this formula, here is the screenshot.
The scout puts nothing in: money flows from the studio to the scout and not the other way round, so an escrow agent is not normally needed. That said, we do not refuse the forum’s escrow agent or the "Safe Deal" system — at the scout’s request we settle through them.
Any request for a deposit, a security payment, or payment for access, training or a place on the team made on behalf of AnisMon is fraud. We never do that (clause 2.4). Tell us and tell the forum’s "Arbitration" section.
At the request of the forum Team — an arbitrator, a moderator, a section curator — we provide access to the account, statistics on the disputed model and confirmations of payouts. There will be no refusal to be checked on our side.
13. Amendments to the rules
The rules are versioned: the edition number and date are in the document header.
We give notice of changes in the shared scout chat and in the account at least 7 days before they take effect.
Leads entered into the account before the announcement are taken through to going live and paid under the previous edition — regardless of when the woman goes live. The edition of the rules is recorded against the lead in the account at the moment it is entered, and is visible on the lead’s card.
Improvements take effect immediately, without notice. Only a change that does not reduce the scout’s payout in any possible scenario and does not add obligations or conditions counts as an improvement. If in even one scenario the scout receives less or has to do more, it is a worsening and it goes through clause 13.2. Borderline cases are treated as worsenings.
Several changes announced at the same time are assessed as a single whole and go through the notice period in clause 13.2, even if some of them are improvements.
If a scout believes an announced improvement worsens their position, they say so within 7 days. Until the matter is resolved, the previous edition applies to them personally.
Changes are not retroactive. For models who went live before the date a new edition takes effect, the terms remain those in force on the date of their first stream: the rate, the tier scale and the bonus table alike.
If a scout does not agree with a new edition, they may end the cooperation. Amounts accrued by that point are paid in full.
14. Ending the cooperation
A scout may leave at any time, without notice and without explanation.
On leaving without violations, RevShare on models already brought in is retained and paid as normal for as long as those models work (clause 8.7).
The studio may close a scout’s access for violations under section 11. There are no other grounds for unilaterally ending payouts.
Access to the account and the chat may be closed after a complete absence of activity for more than 6 months. Accruals on working models are retained and paid; access is restored on request.
15. Formalities and contacts
The project works only with adults — both models and scouts. Materials, access and payment are 18+.
Outreach scripts, handbooks, the chat database, software and access are the property of the studio. Passing them to third parties, selling them and publishing them are prohibited.
Each party bears its own tax obligations in its own jurisdiction.
Official contacts:
We have no other official accounts. Anything outside this list is not us.
16. How to start
- 1. Write to the manager on Telegram and get access to the account.
- 2. Within 24 hours, collect your referral link, the outreach scripts, the handbook and the chat.
- 3. Bring your first woman in: the referral link or the lead form in the account.
- 4. The studio qualifies her, selects a platform, trains her and takes her live.
- 5. After 14 days of her work the bonus is accrued and visible in the account with its payout date. The first money arrives 14 days after the model’s first payout. After that, the revenue share every two weeks.
